As a follow up to its fall event, Academic Outreach & Innovation (AOI) is facilitating a spring academic technology forum, on Wednesday, April 5. The event is a multi-campus collaborative effort open to faculty on all WSU campuses.
Hear from your colleagues about how they are using academic technology to engage students in the learning process. Workshops include lessons learned about webconferencing and videoconferencing – and the difference between the two platforms, demonstrations on a variety of tech tools that faculty are using now, and how to use social media to connect with and engage students.
All forum workshops will be livestreamed to a videoconferencing-enabled classroom on each WSU campus, and a complimentary lunch will be served. Participants are free to register for one or more workshops.
