The Palouse area Everybody Reads program, sponsored by a number of local libraries including the WSU Libraries, will be presenting conversations with S. M. Hulse, author of the critically-acclaimed novel, Black River. Hulse will speak at Neill Public Library on Monday Nov. 6, at 7 p.m., and at other regional libraries through the week.
