PEBB Eligible Employees: SmartHealth Wellness Incentive General Information

Starting in 2015, the Public Employees Benefits Board (PEBB) is offering a new wellness incentive called SmartHealth.  SmartHealth offers a $125 wellness incentive in one of two ways: $125 discount off the PEBB medical deductible; or an additional $125 employer contribution to the Health Savings Account (HSA) for employees enrolled in a consumer-directed health plan (CDHP).

To earn the wellness incentive for 2015, eligible subscribers need to do three things:

You will have to log in to My Account before June 30 to attest that you have completed all three steps.
