PEBB Eligible Employees: Register Now to Make Online Open Enrollment Changes!

The Annual Open Enrollment period will occur November 1 – November 30, 2014. Any approved changes will be effective January 1, 2015.

Employees, who would like to participate in this year’s Annual Open Enrollment, have the opportunity to make certain changes online. If you have not previously set up your Health Care Authority “My Account” logon, please visit http://www.hca.wa.gov/pebb to register now. Click the “Log in to My Account” link on the left side of the webpage to start the process.

The majority of employees will already have a “My Account” since it was available during previous Open Enrollment periods, and during the recent Tobacco and Spouse Surcharge Attestation period that occurred this past Spring.

Changes that can occur through “My Account” include: changing medical or dental coverage; waiving medical coverage; waiving dependent coverage; reactivating coverage on a previously waived individual; and addressing the required spousal premium surcharge attestation. If you do not carry a spouse, and you do not want to make any changes to your medical/dental plans, no action is needed.

Hardcopy enrollment options are also available.

Please visit the HRS Open Enrollment webpage at www.hrs.wsu.edu/Benefits for additional details. Questions can be directed to HRS Benefit Services at 509.335.4521 email hrs@wsu.edu.
