Pac-12 Fitness Challenge

Cougs have the opportunity to stake their claim as the most active school in the Pac-12 this month. From October 23-27 WSU students, faculty and staff can help push the school up the standings of the Pac-12 fitness challenge.

Schools compete to see which can accumulate the most minutes of physical activity. Anyone at WSU can participate and hours can be logged at both the Chinook Student Center and the Student Recreation Center.

For helping WSU try to take home the Pac-12 Fitness Challenge Champion title, participants will receive a free t-shirt while supplies last. University Recreation is putting on events all week where participants can get tickets to be entered into drawings. A weekend ski/snowboard pass, four personal training sessions, and a spring IM pass will be among the prizes given away.
