Open Enrollment ends Saturday

The 2020 Open Enrollment period is ending Saturday. Hardcopy forms may be submitted to WSU HRS until 5 p.m. today; online changes can continue to be made through the HCA MyAccount portal for medical/dental or the Navia portal for Flexible Spending Arrangements (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) through midnight on Saturday, November 30.

Hardcopy forms can be found in the HRS Pullman office or downloaded from the HRS Open Enrollment website; hardcopy forms may be submitted to all campus’ HRS offices by 5:00 p.m., emailed to hrs@wsu.edu with SSN replaced with WSU ID number, or faxed to 509-335-1259.

As a reminder, this is the one time each year that you can:

  • Change your medical/dental plan
  • Add eligible family members to your coverage
  • Enroll or re-enroll in an FSA and/or DCAP
  • Re-attest to the Spousal Surcharge if applicable
