Office Depot Returns Process

When returning goods to Office Depot please follow the following steps:

  1. Contact Office Depot about the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number will ensure that you receive credit for your return.
  2. Write the RMA number on the box to be returned.
  3. Complete either a hard copy or an on-line Request for Shipment of Merchandise (RSM). The address for Office Depot is 6805 S 217th St., Kent, WA 98032. Be sure to input your return authorization number on the RSM.
  4.  Attach the hard copy of the RSM to your package or write the on-line RSM number on your package.
  5. Call Central Receiving at 335-5575 for a pick up.

An Office Depot truck now picks up all returns at the time they deliver the inbound orders.
