Food insecure students at Washington State University do not have to go hungry thanks to a new donor-funded program called Cougs Feeding Cougs. All enrolled students at WSU Pullman are eligible for assistance if they have a combined balance of $10 or less in their Cougar CASH and dining (RDA) accounts. Thy can request help anonymously at http://www.studentaffairs.wsu.edu/cougs-feeding-cougs/.
Faculty and staff who become aware of students struggling with food insecurity are encouraged to share information about this program. Anyone can make a donation to the program using a credit card by visiting the same website, where links to other campus resources are listed. Cougs Feeding Cougs is a program within The Division of Student Affairs and is managed by Dining Services, Housing and Residence Life and the CougarCard Center.
