myWSU upgrade successfully completed

The myWSU weekend maintenance to complete the CS 9.2 technical upgrade was a success. All myWSU access was restored the evening of Monday, July 3, and myWSU end users can resume normal business operations.

With the completion of the CS 9.2 upgrade, end users will need to follow these 2 steps prior to logging back into myWSU.

  1. End users will need to clear their browser cache for each browser they use.
  2. After clearing cache, end users need to close all browser windows and then exit the browser. Once the browser has closed completely, end users can relaunch their browser, log back into myWSU and resume their daily work flows.

As this phase of our maintenance was focused on a technical upgrade, end users will not see any immediate changes within myWSU. However, the new servers and upgraded CS 9.2 software will provide numerous enhancements and updated features that can now be incorporating into myWSU.

Enterprise Systems will be working with the WSU community and myWSU end users to explore these new features and develop a plan to incorporate the new functionality. In collaboration with our WSU business offices, we will spend several months working on and configuring myWSU to leverage the power of the new features and functionality. As these new features are ready to be deployed into myWSU, we will provide updates to the WSU community.

If end users encounter any issues with page views, navigation, or business processes within our new myWSU environment, please email the details to  enterprise.systems@wsu.edu and the Enterprise Systems team will respond.
