Maintenance End:

  • Monday, September 11, at 11 p.m.

Message:

Control-D Web Access end users will not have access to their reports during the maintenance window. After the maintenance and as a result of the upgrade, end users will notice a new look on the log in screen along with a few differences with functionality.

  • The Print function will change and the ITS team recommends using the first option listed below. While a second and third print option will be available (Prepare to Print and Host Print), those options may not produce the expected page formatting or print the page layouts as expected.
    • Recommended Print Option: Hover over the report title you wish to print; select “View As”; select “PDF”; when the report opens in a PDF, click the print icon and select the printer you wish to print to, the number of copies and the pages to print, etc.
  • The Save function will have additional formats for saving your document.
    • You will be able to save as a PDF, Excel Spreadsheet (xls) or a text document (txt).
  • The Email function remains the same with no new options.
