ITS Maintenance Notice: Server updates on May 20

At 8 p.m. on Wednesday, May 20, Information Technology Services (ITS) will be updating multiple web-hosting servers, which may result in delays of up to 15 seconds for users accessing certain public-facing WSU webpages, including:

  • myWSU
  • Public transfer credit pages
  • Browser catalog
  • The “unavailable” page

This change is expected to take no longer than 20 minutes.

Users in need of technical assistance can contact the Crimson Service Desk via email at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu, by phone at (509) 335-4357, or by visiting them online at crimsonservicedesk.wsu.edu.
