ITS Maintenance: Mainframe upgrade, brief outages, Sept. 29

From 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 29, ITS will be upgrading the AIS/Mainframe operating system. During this two-hour maintenance window, the following applications will be offline:

  • eweb.wsu.edu
  • aiswebservice.wsu.edu
  • PERMS
  • myWSU employee self-service
  • HR/Payroll web pages
  • TEMPS
  • e-check payment option within University Payments
  • TN3270 clients

There is no expected impact to any Mainframe applications or services after this maintenance is complete.
