Last Chance! Final Freshman Academic Showcase Displays End Today

What are the answers to questions freshmen really want to know?

Find out today at Freshman Academic Showcase, where students will display their very first academic posters; they reveal what the students learned about “research” by actually doing it on subjects they pick and are interested in.

Time:  9:10-11:00, and 1:10-3:00

Place:  Smith CUE Atrium, second floor

All students are enrolled in the popular Pathways to Academic Success Seminar (PASS, UCOLL 104), a two-credit class where first-year students learn specific skills to apply in all of their classes, and how to be academically successful at college.

PASS students:

  • are more likely to see their GPAs rise
  • learn how to properly cite sources
  • learn to be critical thinkers
  • develop skills to be successful researchers.

We hope to see you there!
