Applications open for student Social Justice Peer Educators

The Office of Outreach and Education is hiring Social Justice Peer Educators for Fall 2020 at the WSU Pullman campus. Applications will be open Feb. 19 – April 1 and can be accessed at this link.

Becoming a peer educator is a great way for students to shape an inclusive campus community for all Cougs! As a peer educator, students will create and deliver workshops on topics such as:

  • Understanding power and privilege
  • Identifying and challenging microaggressions
  • Using inclusive language

Peer educators earn $13.50+ per hour. No previous experience is required.

Students can attend an upcoming info session to learn more about becoming a peer educator:

  • Wednesday, Feb. 26, 5-6:30 p.m., CUB L37
