Join us for two presentations from the Employee Assistance Program!

Working virtually. Delivery of learning provided virtually. Learning Zoom. Wearing face coverings. Moving from legacy WSU systems to the Workday platform. We are all going through some big changes: both at work and in our personal lives. HRS is partnering with EAP to offer two special courses to help WSU Faculty and Staff deal effectively with the multitude of transitions we are experiencing.

For WSU Leaders, the Leading Change course will explore the Human Side of Change and provide insight on how effectively to help the team through the change process.

For all WSU employees, the Navigating Change course helps participants better understand the impact of change on both the personal and work parts of life. Participants will also learn about resources available to support their ability to navigate change.
