Insomnia group starting in spring

WSU Psychology Clinic is offering a low-cost sleep group, starting this spring.

The group will run for 10 weeks and is based on a state-of-the-art Cognitive Behavioral Therapy model. You will learn:

  • What effects sleep in general
  • Which factors have a negative impact on sleep and how you change them
  • How to improve your sleep in ways you may not have thought of.

The group is open to all community members, WSU faculty, and staff. Initial interviews will be conducted. Space is limited, so call to reserve your spot today.
