Hiring student employees for the 2020-21 school year?

Are you wondering how to be sure students hear about the job you have open? Currently, over 75% of our students are using Handshake to seek employment.

Handshake is an easy-to-use, online employer/employee connections tool that has been on campus for the past 3 years.  Using Handshake, you can communicate details about open positions.

Getting started is easy. Contact Alena Hume, WSU’s Student Employment Coordinator, at alena.hume@wsu.edu. She will help you set up a department account, post jobs, view applications, and much more.  Zoom meetings are a great beginning!

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
