Cougar Quality Meats will be selling hand-pressed hamburger patties made from Wagyu or Angus beef on Friday, May 27, from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Meat Science Laboratory. Wagyu burgers are $11/lb and Angus burgers are $7.50/lb. Discount available if you purchase two or more packages.
