Get Started in Research! The Cougar Undergraduate Research Experience (CURE), May 11 – 15

If you know students who are interested in getting started in undergraduate research, please tell them about the Cougar Undergraduate Research Experience (CURE) 2015. It will be offered May 11 – 15 this year. As explained on the CURE website, “This research tutorial program gives students an idea of what to expect as undergraduate researchers… CURE covers every step of the process, from finding a mentor to disseminating research. First-year students interested in mentored research are especially encouraged to apply.”

Students can learn more (and get started on their applications) here: http://universitycollege.wsu.edu/units/undergraduateresearch/programs-funding/atwsu/CURE/. Any questions can be sent to UGresearch@wsu.edu. We’ll be starting to make offers over the next couple of weeks, so we’re hoping to have students apply as soon as possible (and by May 4 at the latest). Thank you for supporting undergraduate research.
