Enter if You Dare: Join Dining Services’ Halloween luncheon Oct. 30

WSU Dining Services is brewing up exotic dishes to celebrate Halloween! Join us on Friday Oct. 30 during lunch from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at all three dining centers to taste some thrilling treats and scary snacks. Each center’s menu features different morbid meals; here is just a small sample of the flavors awaiting you.

South Side Café:

“Walking Dead Rib Cage Delight” – BBQ Pork Ribs

“Pasta with Intestine Slices” – Pasta with Sausage

“Jack O’ Lantern Maggot Stuffed Peppers”- Orzo Stuffed Peppers

Hillside Café:

Steamed Blood Sausage with Sautéed Onions and Peppers

Roasted Alligator Andouille Sausage

Steamed Kangaroo pot stickers

Northside Café:

“Skeletal Ribs” – 14-Spice Baby Back Ribs

“Crustacean with Worms” – Shrimp Scampi with Black Squid Ink Linguine

“Bloody Heart” – Stuffed Red Pepper with Vegetable Medley & Tomatillo Salsa
