Earth Week instream flows panel discussion

The WSU Water Resources Club presents a special Earth Week panel on Washington’s instream flows.

Six expert panelists will join us to offer their insights on the state of WA’s surface waters. The panelists are experts from the Department of Ecology, an Irrigation District, Colville Tribes Fish and Wildlife, WSU research in agricultural water uses, WSU research in climate change and groundwater, and a legal activist over water issues.
