Community design workshop at Soap Lake

The Soap Lake Washington Parks and Recreation Committee and the Rural Communities Design Initiative invite you to join us Saturday, July 11, from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. for a  community design workshop at the Soap Lake School Library. Join us to explore recreation opportunities through community participatory design. Grant County Health Department will present their recreation survey findings, and we will engage in design of the general parks plan, playground, connecting trails  and additional community activities. Sponsored by Soap Lake Parks and Recreation Committee, Friends of the Lower Grand Coulee, Grant County Health District and the Rural Communities Design Initiative at the School of Design and Construction.
