Call for Presenters – Matchmaking for Research

The Office of Research (OR) is pleased to host a fun new opportunity to foster faculty collaborations across the university. To help achieve the WSU Drive to 25 goal of accelerating the development of a university-wide distinguished research portfolio, OR will host two sessions on October 10 and 11 to highlight the exceptional research, scholarship, creativity, and outreach efforts of our faculty. These fast-paced and casual sessions will bring faculty together and provide the opportunity to build valuable collaborations, enhancing research and promoting unique and innovative broader impacts. We invite all faculty interested in developing partnerships, interdisciplinary teams, or broader impacts projects to come and meet, mingle, and share research or creative work. Each session will feature 12-15 different projects, providing diverse possibilities for collaborative initiatives.

To this end, we seek faculty from all colleges interested in pitching their projects to colleagues. For more information and to reserve your presentation space go to Office of Research Advancement and Partnerships. Deadline is Thursday, September 7.

For questions, please contact Becky James (elizabeth.james@wsu.edu, 5-3822) or Maureen Bonnefin (maureenb@wsu.edu, 5-0904) in the Office of Research Advancement and Partnerships.
