Brief University Payment Services and FID creation outage, Nov. 30

From 8:00 p.m. PDT to 11:59 p.m. PDT on Monday, November 30, ITS will be updating University Payments and related applications and web services, which will result in a brief outage of the following services:

All Network IDs (NIDs) and Friend IDs (FIDs) attempting to make payments for student-facing services, such as housing and dining, tuition, and fees, will be unable to do so until this maintenance is complete. Additionally, the creation of new FIDs will not be possible during this time.

Though the entire maintenance window is reserved for this work, the outage will likely be complete by 10 p.m. PDT.
