Bridge & Tunnel Inspectors’ Conference

WSU Conference Management Coordinates USA’s Only Bridge & Tunnel Inspectors’ Conference

Formerly the Pacific Northwest Bridge Inspectors’ Conference, the now sole domestic conference for both bridge and tunnel inspectors will take place April 4-6, 2017 in Vancouver, Washington at the Hilton Vancouver.

The purpose of the Bridge and Tunnel Inspectors’ Conference is to provide a forum for inspectors and managers to share information, innovations, ideas, and best practices surrounding safety inspections. Speakers representing sixteen states and the District of Columbia will present topics ranging from bridge inspection case studies to the use of drones in the field. Additional opportunities will be provided for attendees to gain a current national perspective on bridge and tunnel inspections from AASHTO and FHWA.

Scholarships are available that may cover the cost of registration, as well as some travel expenses (subject to approval by the planning committee).
