Blackboard workshops: Two webinars, one face to face

WSU’s eLearning Services is offering three Blackboard Learn workshops this week:

Grade Center at 10 a.m. May 5 (webinar)
Tests & Quizzes at 1 p.m. May 6 (webinar)
Grade Center at 1 p.m. May 7 (Van Doren 102)

As part of the transition to Blackboard, WSU has migrated last year’s summer and fall courses from Angel to the new system. Those courses are now ready for faculty to review, update, and change content. Because Angel will go offline on Aug. 10, 2015, faculty are encouraged to prepare their new course spaces either this semester or during summer 2015.

Spanish, bilingual course from WSU Extension creates climate ambassadors

To reach thousands of northwestern Washington residents who do not speak English fluently, WSU Extension is offering new environmental educational programs in Spanish.
