August 11 – Customer Service at WSU Training (videoconferenced)

WSU strives to provide an exemplary service experience to our clients.  This is a challenge for an institution this large and distributed across so many locations and serving a diverse client base.  This interactive workshop focuses on the “Client Service Skills” that make our WSU Cougar Nation memorable to our students, to their parents, and to each other.

The next session takes place on August 11, 9 – 11 pm.
