Amendment to WSU Pullman’s approved Water System Plan available for review and public comment

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) requires that Washington State University (WSU) Pullman Campus update their Water System Plan every 6 years, and hold an informational meeting with water users.  The WSU Water System Plan describes the drinking water system, demand forecasting, water conservation, water rights, water quality, operation and maintenance, as well as other topics.  WSU completed this in 2016 and plan was approved by DOH.  An amendment to the plan has been written to include Spillman Farm.  The draft amendment to the Water System Plan is available for review and comment at http://ehs.wsu.edu.  Comments can be submitted via email to ehs@wsu.edu, or mailed to:

WSU Facilities Services

The public meeting will be held at Lighty Student Services Building, 403 on July 27, 2018 at 10 a.m.  All comments are due by July 20, 2018 5 p.m.  Once the WSU Water System Plan is final, it will be available at the web site above.  If you have any questions, please contact Jason Sampson at 509-335-9564.
