AFW- Finding Balance in Service

Faculty, particularly women, often feel compelled to commit to service duties. This panel will discuss how service is recognized during tenure/promotion processes at the university level and how people can negotiate their own service commitments to better ensure a balanced work life.

Join the Association for Faculty Women for a panel and interactive discussion with Todd Butler, Rebecca Craft, Greg Crouch, and Laura Hill. Light refreshments will be served.

All members of the community are welcome to join us. Please invite colleagues, including faculty, staff, postdoctoral fellows, and graduate students to this event.
