2019 Safety Survey participants needed

Dear WSU Community:

Please pause for two important safety related tasks:

1. Please take a few minutes to complete a short safety survey with questions about workplace safety that are relevant for each of us.  Each year a safety survey is administered by the Office of Risk Management, a division of the Department of Enterprise Services, together with the State Agency Safety Professionals Alliance (SASPA).  The 2019 Safety Survey will be open for all state employees through February 22, 2019.  The survey is intended to enhance our culture of worker safety.  Survey information will help Washington State University and Safety Committee members evaluate safety programs, identify gaps, and plan safety initiatives to enhance employee workplace safety. For supplemental information and assistance in answering survey questions please visit the Environmental Health and Safety website here

2. If you have not already registered to receive WSU Alert emergency notifications, please do so now. Visit myWSU to complete your registration. If your contact information has changed, please ensure that you have made changes in myWSU under the Emergency Contact link.

Thank you in advance for completing the survey and helping to improve WSU’s workplace safety programs.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
