WSU Board of Regents meeting Nov. 14 and 15 in Vancouver

The Washington State University Board of Regents will host its next meetings Nov. 14 and 15 on the WSU Vancouver campus.

Regents will kick off events at 11 a.m. Thursday with concurrent meetings of the Research and Academic Affairs, Student Affairs and Student Life, and Institutional Infrastructure committees inside the Firstenburg Student Commons and the Engineering and Computer Science Building.

After the initial meetings, the board will break for lunch inside Room 136 of the student commons. A meeting of the Finance and Compliance Committee will begin around 1:15 p.m., followed by the Strategic and Operational Excellence Committee convening at 3 p.m. An executive session will follow if needed.

At approximately 5 p.m., Regents will attend a reception with campus leadership and the WSU Vancouver Advisory Council in the Firstenburg Student Commons in Room 102-104. A 6:30 p.m. dinner at the Heathman Lodge, 7801 NE Greenwood Drive will follow.

On Friday, the board will convene for a breakfast at 7:15 a.m. before its 8 a.m. meeting in Room 101-103 of the Firstenburg Student Commons.
