The WSU Contracts Offices and the WSU Real Estate Office have merged into the WSU Contracts and Real Estate Office (CREO). CREO will remain under the Division of Finance and Administration, which reports to vice president Stacy Pearson.

As a combined office, CREO will draft, negotiate, and execute all real property transactions and business contracts for the University, as listed in BPPM 10.11.

Ryan Goodell, executive director of CREO, stated, “This joining of resources and staff will help streamline services and leverage expertise between these associated areas, resulting in better service to the University.”

CREO has implemented a new single submission system for agreements. All contract and real property related matters should be sent to creo.intake@wsu.edu along with all required supporting documentation. More information regarding the intake requirements is available on CREO’s website. Questions about contracts and real estate matters may be directed to 509‑335‑2252.
