ITS 2019 annual report available online

PULLMAN, Wash. – Focusing on community in all projects and partnerships, WSU’s central Information Technology Services’ 2019 annual report is now available online for your review.

The report discusses projects like WSU’s new cloud authentication, Zoom teleconferencing, and enhanced connectivity across the state via the ongoing CougNet project.

“ITS continued laying the foundation of infrastructures offering us the ability to continue expanding positive experiences for WSU’s students, faculty, and staff,” said Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Sasi Pillay, in his opening letter. “This report outlines just a few of the exciting accomplishments that our hardworking staff made in fiscal year 2019, working collaboratively with all of you, the community and family that is WSU.”

The annual report is now viewable on the ITS website.
