Washington State Athletics is focused on maximizing revenue and stewardship of its resources – among other goals – as it looks to the future with a new strategic plan.
The new UNLEASH Strategic Plan will harness recent momentum and aggressively work toward greater achievements in the years to come.
“We realize the world of collegiate athletics is constantly evolving and having a plan that promotes strategic thinking, adaptability and commitment to goals will ensure our relevance over time,” WSU Director of Athletics Pat Chun said.
Officials have identified “a big, hairy audacious goal” of being a top‑10 percent finisher in the Learfield IMG College Division I Director’s Cup standings, which ranks colleges on athletic achievements across numerous men’s and women’s sports.
