Update of myWSU hits snag, launch temporarily delayed

The anticipated June 1 launch of the redesigned myWSU website hit some last-minute snags, causing the launch to be temporarily delayed, Information Technology Services announced this morning.

“The myWSU upgrade team experienced unexpected systems difficulties during last night’s myWSU update. The cause of the delay has been identified and is currently being resolved,” ITS today announced in an email.

“This morning myWSU is back to normal operations, and we will provide the updated schedule of the new homepage rollout as soon as the date is finalized.

“We sincerely apologize for any confusion or concerns. If you have any questions, please contact enterprise.systems@wsu.edu.”
