Whether it’s popsicle sticks, play-dough, or recyclables, you can donate simple materials to help local kids learn about science.
It all started with a question: How can we help students in our community learn about science, technology, engineering and math?
One answer from many educators on the Palouse was access to more science materials. Dr. Universe and her friends at WSU want to make sure young students–our future scientists and engineers–have the materials they need to learn about STEM.
From March 14 through April 30, you can donate items to help kids discover…science rules!
Examples of items needed include: paper plates, paper towels, foil, batteries, toilet paper tubes, magnets, soil, Legos, circuit kits, and more.
