Interfaith service in celebration of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Jan. 14

Led by Pullman faith leaders, the event is hosted under the theme “Our Human Unity.” Hear words of King and various faith traditions share readings about One Human Unity. God’s Harmony and WSU Campus Civic Poet Basheera Agyeman will perform. A reception will follow with a meal provided by MELA. All are welcome.

The annual celebration, part of the extended local MLK celebration events, will be held at 4 p.m. Jan. 14 at St. James Episcopal Church, NE 1410 Stadium Way, Pullman.
