Faculty and staff are welcome to attend this week’s free “Sweat the Stress” fitness classes offered by WSU’s University Recreation on the Pullman campus.

Kickboxing, yoga, CrossFit, Zumba and Intro to Spin are among your choices through this Friday, Dec. 15.

Want to work out before you head to the office? No problem, classes start as early as 6:30 a.m.

If going mid-day is more convenient, show up for noon classes.Yet another option is to take an evening class after work.
