During the week of Dec. 11, WSU videoconferencing services will not be available. However, VC staff can help identify temporary alternatives.
The videoconferencing service is undergoing maintenance to strengthen underlying support resources and while the service won’t be available to users during the week there’s other arrangements that can be made.
Academic events already scheduled with WSU’s videoconferencing service, for example, are utilizing another bridging service and should experience no interruptions to anticipated access.
If you require setting up a video conference during this time, the VC Services team, 335-6575, will be available to help identify options and answer any questions.
