If you earn 2,000 points through SmartHealth by the end of the year, you can earn your 2018 Wellness Incentive.
Here are some activities to help you along:
- Complete your Wellbeing Assessment– It will help you understand the many dimensions of well-being. You earn 800 points!
- Introduction to the EAP– Watch the EAP Orientation Video, earn 100 points!
- Swap Holiday Treats for Healthier Sweets– Swap sweets for a healthier option on at least 10 separate days and earn 100 points!
