Center for Civic Engagement honored by local chamber

melanie-brownPULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State University Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) recently received the annual Civic Improvement Award from the Pullman Chamber of Commerce for outstanding contributions to community and citizen relations.

“It is a tribute to the efforts of all who have contributed to strengthening community-campus relations through civic engagement,” said Melanie Brown, CCE director.

It is one of five annual awards presented by the chamber.
