Nov. 18 deadline to apply as engagement faculty fellows

PULLMAN, Wash. – Faculty are invited to apply by Friday, Nov. 18, for stipends of $1,250, plus $500 for course development and/or project dissemination, as fellows for student engagement at Washington State University.

Fellows will offer at least one academic course with a community engagement component before the end of the grant cycle in 2018. Find the online application and learn more about the goals, requirements, expectations and selection process at https://orgsync.com/88156/forms/223614.

The Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) Faculty Fellows program is funded by a WSU seed grant for student success. Fellows will promote student achievement and success by expanding opportunities to engage in service learning.

Any faculty member involved in undergraduate teaching on any WSU campus may apply. Those selected will be expected to attend four community engagement seminars and participate in the annual Campus Community Forum (http://cce.wsu.edu/ccf).
