Through Oct. 22: Events inspire student leadership

WSU’s inaugural Leadership Month kicked off Sept. 24 at the PNW Collegiate Leadership Conference.

PULLMAN, Wash. – Nearly three dozen events for students, culminating with Make a Difference Day on Oct. 22, make up the first Leadership Month collaboration between nine Washington State University departments.

Find a list of activities at http://studentinvolvement.wsu.edu/leadership/. Events will be centered around the social change model, which encourages participants to step beyond their comfort zone, create community and become informed, active citizens.

Participating WSU units are: Academic & Career Services, Global Learning, Center for Civic Engagement, Center of Fraternity & Sorority Life, Center for Transformative Leadership, Compton Union Building, Residence Life, Student Involvement and University Recreation.
