WSU Regents set special meeting for Aug. 23, 24

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Board of Regents of Washington State University will hold a Special Meeting Aug. 23-24, in Seattle, Wash. The meeting will begin Aug. 23, at 6:30 p.m., at Spencer’s Private Dining Room, Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center.

On Wednesday, Aug. 24, the Board is scheduled to meet from 7:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the Peninsula A room, Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center. An Executive Session may be held to consider matters as allowed by the Open Public Meeting Act.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

  3. Action Item 1: Discussion and Possible Adoption of Proposed Board of Regents Bylaws Revisions
  4. Action Item 2: Establishment of Board of Regents Policy Manual

  6. Action Item 4: Discussion and Possible Adoption of Proposed Board of Regents Policy Regarding Conflict of Interest
  7. Action Item 5: Discussion and Possible Adoption of Proposed Board of Regents Policy Regarding Delegation of Authority and Reserved Authority
  8. Regents Lunch
