SEATTLE – Improving global food security and agricultural sustainability, with emphasis on the impact of climate change, is the theme of the 2016 Plant and Microbe Adaptation to Cold conference to be held May 22-25 in downtown Seattle.
The conference shares research on winter survival of plants and plant-microbe interaction and adaptation under low temperatures and prolonged snow cover. Slots for oral presentations have been filled but abstracts for poster presentations are being accepted.
The conference will be held at the Motif Hotel, and hotel discounts are available for attendees. Discounted registration is offered to Washington State University faculty and staff. For more information, visit http://cm.wsu.edu/pmac.
