Jan. 28: Silicon Valley executive to speak on women’s careers

JoelleKaufman-webPULLMAN, Wash. – Women leaders will learn about building a career they love at a free social, luncheon and lecture at 11:30 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 28, at the Belltower, 107 S. Grand, Pullman.

“Work and Balance like a Ninja – Constructing a Career You Love That Fits Your Life,” is presented by Joelle Kaufman and hosted by the Washington State University Center for Entrepreneurial Studies and the Pullman Regional Hospital Women’s Resource Guild.

Kaufman leads marketing and partnerships at Bloomreach, a Silicon Valley company that uses marketing technology to match relevant Web products to consumers across channels and devices.

She began her career with Deloitte Consulting and has over 20 years of executive level marketing, product management, business development, sales and communications experience. She has led marketing and operations teams in media, enterprise technology and consumer internet companies including Adify, Firefly Network, NetDynamics, BigStep, RSA Security, Reactivity and Engage.com.

She earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and was a George F. Baker Scholar.
