Jan. 19: Cryptography, coding, cyber attacks discussed

Nathan-HamlinPULLMAN, Wash. – Providing security and defense against hacking of next-generation quantum computers will be discussed by Washington State University researcher Nathan Hamlin at the informal Science Pub 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 19, at Paradise Creek Brewery, 245 SE Paradise St., Pullman.

The free event is hosted by the Palouse Discovery Science Center; donations of $5 per person are suggested.
