Oct. 2: Ninth District candidate’s forum for state House

Dye,-left,-and-LathimPULLMAN, Wash. – The two Republican candidates for the Ninth District in the Washington House of Representatives will participate in a forum at noon Friday, Oct. 2, in Bryan 308 at Washington State University. Pizza and pop will be served.

Mary Dye, of Pomeroy, Wash., and Richard Lathim, of Pasco, Wash., will discuss their platforms as part of the WSU Foley Institute’s Coffee & Politics Series.

The state’s general election will be Nov. 3.

The Ninth District represents parts of six counties across southeastern Washington state.

The forum is cosponsored with the Associated Students of WSU.
