PULLMAN, Wash. – Graduate students working on or planning research about water supply, demand or conservation at Washington State University can apply by Sept. 2 for a $1,200 travel scholarship to the WaterSmart Innovations Conference Oct. 7-9 in Las Vegas.
Awarded by the State of Washington Water Research Center at WSU, the scholarship includes conference registration, lodging and up to $500 for air fare. The winner will be announced by Sept. 9.
Master’s degree and Ph.D. students are eligible. Applicants should submit a one-page proposal about their ongoing or proposed water-related research to email@example.com by Sept. 2.
