WSU regents schedule special meeting for July 7

PULLMAN, Wash. – The Board of Regents of Washington State University will hold a special meeting via teleconference at 10 a.m. Tuesday, July 7, to give recognition to the accomplishments of the late WSU  President Elson S. Floyd, to consider appointment of an interim president and to appoint an ad hoc WSU Presidential Search Advisory Committee.

In executive session, regents will discuss the performance of a public employee.

The meeting will be held from French Administration 422B on the WSU Pullman campus. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

1. Call to Order
2. Roll Call
3. Executive Session
4. Report from the Chair of the Board of Regents
5. Recognition of President Floyd’s Contributions to WSU
6. Appointment of Interim President
7. Appointment of Ad Hoc Committee to Advise on Presidential Search
8. Biennial Budget Update
9. Amendment to Academic Year 2015-16 Tuition Rates
10. Adjourn
